All of our products are prepared using high-quality ingredients, such as canola oil, whole wheat, fresh fruits, and Belgian chocolate. Our team is proud to offer non-GMO goods that have unique flavors and dazzling designs. We also have special products for our Little Customers, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Iranian, Chinese, Indian, etc. events.

Confectionery Master Chef
Sara Balkh is a licensed chef who specializes in making cakes, desserts, baklava, and a variety of other pastries. She has been baking since she was 12 years old.

Aside from being a baker, Sara is a human rights expert with a Ph.D. in international law. Her goal is to blend her passion for baking with legal work. She aims to promote people’s rights to food through her work.

Sara makes the best apple pie and cake in town, I ordered 3 birthday cakes and one apple pie and cookies on multiple occasions and she never disappoints! What I love about Sara is that she's very professional and dedicated to her work and so easy to work with! 2 of my orders were kinda last minutes but she still delivered above and beyond of my expectations!
